Your most frequently asked questions

Do you actively mediate?

No, we have no file of job seekers and it is only possible to publish an online ad. However, as an employer you have the opportunity to search for your own suitable applicants in our database. This takes you to our profile search.

When is the ad published?

After the customer has registered the ad online, it is checked by the job office and posted immediately or within 24 hours at the latest on working days.

For how long is an ad published?

30 days, unless the customer informs us that the job has already been filled before the expiry of the 30-day period. An ad can be deleted early at any time (however, the reduced period does not alter the cost).

I am having problems registering an ad online

Please send an e-mail with the ad text (PDF too), the invoicing address and the type of publication required to info@campus-career.ch

Is it possible to post jobs abroad?

Yes, but only with payment in advance. Just send an e-mail with the payment confirmation as well as the text of the ad (as PDF too), and the ad will be published straight away. Please request our bank details via e-mail: info@campus-career.ch

Is it possible to extend?

Yes. Please send an e-mail with the desired extention of the publication period to info@campus-career.ch.

When are the term holidays?

The non-lecture period does not have any effect on the availability of students. Students continue studying in the non-lecture period (term papers, block seminars, examinations, laboratory practice, etc.), and they are more flexible with regard to allocating their time, as they do not have to attend lectures.

When do courses/lectures take place?

Spring term: mid-February to the end of May

Autumn term: mid-September to the Saturday before Christmas
