Trainee Corporate Communications (12 months)

Your tasks
You will be a trainee in the Corporate Communications team, which conceptualises, plans and steers all internal and external corporate communications activities across global channels, advising and supporting the three market segments, different group functions and the members of the Executive Group Management.
In this role, you will plan and execute communications tasks in close cooperation with other team members, while learning about the various disciplines within the function. You will provide support for various activities such as publications (e.g. annual report, employee magazine), events (e.g. analyst and media conferences, annual general meeting, employee events), digital communication channels (e.g. website, Youtube), and other projects (e.g. video content, employer branding, digital asset management).
Your profile
- Student in communications, marketing, brand management or related field ready to gain practical experience before graduating from university
- Experience and interest in social media, content creation and digital communication tools
- Strong skills in M365 applications
- Initial experience with content management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Kentico) beneficial
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must, German an advantage, other languages a plus
- Ability to work in a structured, proactive and reliable manner
- Curious and open-minded team player who would love to work in an international environment
- Fast learner who is keen to acquire new capabilities across all disciplines of communications
- Commitment to be part of the team for twelve months
